bugs happened with theme

hi dear I faced some bugs when I install ultimate member with true mag theme
I got the next bugs
1- comment area on video post page is disappeared after installing UM
2- when I install Dokan multi vendor with UM and this theme the next bug happened
the vendors or even the administrator loose the ability to upload images to the vendor’s store (and I got this message)
