    Hi, i’m using your plugin with mangopay and i think i’ve found some problem:

    1 – When i try to create a vendor user sometimes wordpress doesn’t allow me to create. If i put the same data after some try the user is generated

    2 – I contacted mangopay assistance cause the checkout was not working. After some tests their technician told me that there was a problem with the user (I created two identical users: one worked and the other didn’t)

    3 – if I want to change the seller of a product, I can only do it through the quick change. If I open the page of the single product it does not allow me to change it

    Hi @webercnet ,

    Did you previously used other marketplace plugin before setting up our WC Vendors Marketplace? This is due to the fact that some settings/capabilities of the vendor roles from other marketplace plugin could linger and can cause such issues.

    Furthermore, I would also recommend following our debugging guide to isolate the possible cause of this – https://docs.wcvendors.com/knowledge-base/the-debugging-guide/
