I had the chance to discuss with our support team regarding your issues and I see our team already provided you a solution for the Astra console error. And also, another team member is working to provide you a solution for the Ultimate Addons for Elementor plugin.
Although we understand that there should not be any errors in the browser console, this error is harmless and does not cause any functional issues.
You also mentioned one of your tickets are waiting unresolved for a year now. But unfortunately, I do not see any ticket from you before September 12, 2023.
Again, thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciate that you find Astra to be a lightweight and fast theme, which it really is.
It is disheartening to see such reviews from users like you, as we work really hard to make sure the experience of our users is exactly the opposite.
