bugs and no fixes

  • We used the full 1hr demo about 20 times and also used the free version for days to test this plugin. When we contacted the makers about a problem this was the reply.
    Hello, that’s actually not a bug. That’s how it was built.
    If you don’t have any more questions for now, I would love to close this. Please feel free to start another conversation if you have any more questions ??
    The documentation is poor and the replies for help are limited in the usefulness, when you ask where is this item in the documentation found in the plugin to be referred back to the documentation is not helpful only after using another forum did I find out that feature was not available

  • I am currently testing their plugin (paid). Not really notice any significant issues… If you don’t mind to share, I would really like to know what kind of bugs you are facing. So I can aware about that..

    struggles when you have more than 100 products or combinations is a common issue
    my complaint related to the way the menu worked

    the pages opens with the choices closed, once you click on one it opens, click the next and it closes the previous and so on but if you click on the open menu a second time it closes and opens in a bounce for want of a better explanation we just wanted to correct that so it stayed closed but were told its going to cost a lot and they are not doing any work until October (4 months away at the time of asking)

    and when integrated into a page it causes the page to resize twice if you have a dynamic site it is even worse on mobiles

    I’m a bit suprised that our support agents said 4 months to fix an issue regarding opening and closing of components. Can you provide the ticket ID?

    I see. Not a big issue for me, but of course it can be better. but yes I find that troublesome. therefore I enable it all by default.
    The bug I really feel bad is that. When you drag and drop the component selection items. Will always accidentally drag the component behind the popup table… No idea why it is penetrated LOL
