• This plug-in is infuriating. Why have the ability to edit the HTML directly if you can’t save the changes you make without the plug-in editing them back to what it feels is best (which it absolutely is not)? If I wanted to close an <a> tag, I’d do so, but instead Pixgridder thinks instead I’d like to add in </a> and then another &nbsp; after saving and there is no way to override it.

It also adds in an extra type="mce-mce-no/type" whenever any javascript is used upon saving the page (or more specifically, loading the page) and if this is not noticed it just adds a whole new level in again every time you save, after a few edits you end up with type="mce-mce-mce-mce-mce-mce-mce-mce-mce-mce-mce-mce-no/type" in every piece of Javascript code.

This plug in is a good idea but it just doesn’t work properly.

Hi, as far as I know it doesn’t do that… maybe it happens together with the theme settings? Have you tried if the problem persists with a different theme? However I’ll investigate, thank you for the heads-up.

    Manuel ??

    Hi Manuel,

So far I’ve seen both of these issues in child themes of Coraline and TwentyTwelve, although the Javascript issue is the most prevalent. I’ll take a look to see if it happens in any others and let you know.
