    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Do you want to prevent coupons from being applied to cart when they have a discount or vice versa ?

    Also, is the coupons via Woocommerce -> Marketing -> Coupons ?

    In that case, go to WooCommerce -> Woo Discount Rules -> Settings -> Choose how discount rules should work -> Disable the coupons (discount rules will work)
