    Error while handling media library. The media library is always empty once we upload images. It doesn’t keep previous uploaded images in library and i have to upload images again and again. This was working fine in demo theme but not working in pro version. the progress icon keeps rotating on library which shows that some progress is going on behind the scene. Please see the screenshot. I have sent screenshots in email at [email protected]

    Whenever we upload featured image for anything i.e. services, portfolio, team, post etc. it shows error page with error messages below. Image is not uploaded and record is added in database. The record is added in database but not published. When we publish again get same error page. Please see the screenshot. Please see screenshot

    One more issue – If i have the theme businesso-pro-1.2 activated, and then i try to activate any any other theme, it gives below error.

    By the way – This is strange that a new theme, without any customization have lot of server errors. Dont you have a testing team responsible to test themes before you release it publicly? I have purchased at least 25 themes from themeforest.net and used on our client s websites. But this is first time i am seeing such buggy theme at first place.

    Are you sure that you have activated correction version of businesso theme in my account?

    Please see the screenshot: the theme names says v1.2, while the style.css meta says v1.0.

    Is it something related to issue?

    Generally if you are getting error in pro version , you can raise ticket in our website members panel , After raising ticket, our support team will attend and reply in next 24 Hrs.
