buggy, some features don’t work

  • Plugin seems a bit buggy even after following set up tutorials … somethings just don’t work.

    for example whitelisted roles on
    Settings > General Tab > whitelisted roles Don’t work, instead stuck on “No one” option

    Although all tutorials for the plugin show that feature should be working

    It looks like you’re using PPWP Lite (Free) version, aren’t you?

    Just to clarify, our PPWP Lite (Free) version does provide you with a lot of features such as unlimited passwords per content, Master passwords, form customization, and sitewide protection.

    You’ll need the PPWP Pro version for advanced features like whitelisting user roles. That’s possibly why…

    Anyway, to assist you better, do you mind sharing with us what you want to achieve with our plugins, e.g. your use case, in more detail?
