Buggy software

  • Itheme’s plugins does not work “out of the box”

    Tried installing their software on 3 different WP installs, all had different problems, and i’ve spend hours googling, and talking to their support.

    i finally gave up, and install another backup plugin that worked out of the box.

  • Ummm… you couldn’t install iThemes Security so you installed another BACKUP plugin? I’m not sure what you were looking for in the first place. The backup plugin iThemes provides is BackupBuddy not iThemes Security. Too different things.

    As for the “problems”. What type of problems? What were the error messages your received? What didn’t work?

    That’s not what i said, i said i couldn’t install their backup software, and yes, the name of the backup software is backup buddy..

    it’s very very buggy, i got 3 different error msg’s on 3 different providers. – i told ithemes about all the problems i had, and asked for a refund, since i can’t spend so many hours fixing bugs.. i need something that works out of the box!

    now i paid more than 200$ for a plugin i can’t use..
