Buggy & Poor Support for Free Version

I got this theme because I liked the visual design, but I’ve had so many bugs that I’ve given up and switched to a different theme. Among other things, the site header stopped showing up, despite all the settings being correct (no plug-ins are interfering either), and when I contacted the support I got no answer (when they said they’d reply within 24 hours) multiple times.
