• After the deleting of the plugin, because it caused a lot of issues. I tried to delete the subscripition. Unfortunately it is very hard to contact the company, because there is no contact form unless you pay premium things. Actually I have a pro licence, but it does not recognize it.

    Thank you for your review and I am sorry you’ve had bad experience with this.
    Just to make sure that this is clarrified, There are several ways to cancel the subscription. The initial email contais the link in which you can manage the account.
    And to confirm, we have worked with you via email and the W3TC support channel to resolve this.
    WIthing the plugin, Performance>Support, there are numerous options to request assistance such as Bug Report, New feature, and the options such as Sales, and Billing, which are completly free and available for all users.
    This being said, again I am sorry about your expereince, and and we’ll make sure to clarify the path for this in the future.
