Buggy, not responsive

  • I had high hopes for this plugin, particularly since I paid $40 for the licensed version. Unfortunately it has too many bugs and not enough configuration options. Videos appear cut-off, they are NOT responsive and you don’t have enough control over the appearance of the videos. I simply wanted the video to appear above the title and description on the pop-up but there is no way to do that. Instead, it appears left justified with a border to the right, and even when you set that border to 0 it still appears.

    Want to edit the video url? Sorry, have to delete the whole thing and add it again. Major pain.

    The biggest drawback for me though is the lack of responsiveness and lack of control. I don’t want the user to have to scroll horizontally to see the video, I want it to scale to fit the screen. I also want to put the video where I want to put it, but I have no control to do so, and editing the templates causes too many issues.

    For $40 I had hoped for MUCH more.

    Please tell us what is the exact problem concerning to the plugin(provide some link).The developers should see the problem and try to solve that, as every problem that occurs may be individual, there may be some conflict with the other plugin or theme.
