data missing bug(s) resolved… plugin back and working. I may be back to Caldera…

Last month started using the plugin and was excited – everything worked great and I recommended it to others.One month later, use of the form has been frustrating. Entry data has disappeared (fortunately we have the email notifications with the info), bugs & updates (that happens), and I somewhat understand limited (no) support for the free version, but figuring out my paid support options is confusing. You be the judge… Caldera support page.
Don’t like saying this, but after the past one month I’m cutting my loses (time, effort and reputation), and leaving for another form.
