• The (premium) plugin messed with my sites CSS and it was the only change I had made, so I contacted customer service and was patronized by ‘Collins’ with an answer about there being no way that the plugin could affect styling.. I found the bug responsible after hours of searching which I forwarded to “customer service” with no response. I unfortunately was up to my eyeballs with the launch of the site so I didn’t apply for a refund in time. My fault, but again, Collins was condescending with no acknowledgement of the incompetence in fulfilling the role of customer service. Waste of time and money. Luckily, there are much better options out there. Cheers for the push to find them, Collins!
