• with each update comes a surprise. it may or may not mess your WooCommerce (and I have a premium plugin). that is to be expected with plugins overall and is usually fixed had it not been for a terrible customer service. I’m dealing with a representative for over a month trying to fix an error, they won’t connect you with a developer.
using easyship interface is not user friendly, it is very slow and you may get your labels rejected. refreshing your orders can take some time and it is not done automatically (you have to do it yourself every time).
getting an answer to your ticket can also take some time.
i bought it and have regretted it. it’s better if you can find a better solution and save yourself some time.
