Buggy and unreliable.

  • Buggy and unreliable. After appearing to work for the first few days, it ended up locking us out of our site even though correct login was used. Had to manually delete plugin via ftp.

    Whitelisting IP addresses didn’t work at all, so we used default settings with no whitelisting or blocking lists, and it still failed. This plugin is a dud. Support forum seems dead, many unanswered questions.

  • sorry to hear you are having issues. I tested one of my clients websites and didn’t have any trouble with the whitelist IP feature. Sometimes my sites I have trouble with limit logins, but usually it’s a conflict with another plugin. Might want to check that.

    BTW- the forum does have support activity from the devs.
