Buggy and Horrible Customer Service

I’ve wasted so many hours the past two weeks trying to get this plugin to work.
There are three basic functions (such as the the “Paid” versus “Free” labeling that flat out doesn’t work (for me). Two other key bugs prevent me from wasting any more time with this product. Their customer service is useless and (at least one of them) is also incredibly rude. I’ve gone in circles with them, but they have no solutions (or interest) in solutions.Finally, after going in circles for weeks with multiple problems their tech support couldn’t help resolve, they asked me to give them access to my back-end. Wow. I ended up with a visible, long-string line of html, directly tied to TutorLMS, that suddenly appeared at the very top of both my backend AND my front-end (my website itself).
Additionally, other plugins began malfunctioning.
Needless to say, I deleted TutorLMS and most of the problems went away immediately.
