• I tried your 30 second video. Didn’t work. “No lists were found on the accout’.

    I have a list, your stuff isn’t seeing it. Also I tried creating one without a list, but there was no way to edit and manually add the list ID from MailChimp. That’s terrible. Way to difficult to use and full of bugs. What a waste of time.

    Hi @sgehrman,

    We’re sorry you had issues setting up the plugin. When a vaild API key is used, however no lists are showing up, it means the server you are on is not able to communicate with MailChimp. At that point, manually entering a list ID will not help, because the site wont be able to pull the list info.

    The cause is usually the site’s IP address is being blocked by MailChimp because it was flagged for malicious activity. This can happen if a hosting company shares IP addresses between sites (and one of the sites was flagged).
