    Oh, wow. Such a quick response to a displeased customer…3 Weeks?

    Dude, we have already solved it and posted a solution on the WP Forum. It was an error in the code that wasn’t calling the categories properly. Aside from just generally overblown and complex code.

    Whomever is in charge of support should be fired because support is horrid for this product.

    Just wanted to follow-up here and check if you’d have any suggestions for us in improving the plugin. We want to make sure that we provide a 5 star plugin to our users, and any feedback is helpful. We are a very small team, with just one support person, but serving 160k+ calendars and we do want to get better.
