    – A lot of time spent with support fixing
    – Reoccurring problems
    – No refund outside 14 day window even if you have spend a ton of time with support
    – No refunds unless access to your site is granted so they can keep testing.

    Even if you do spend the $229 its a con, no refunds for a poor product and then when they get bored your communications will be ignored by support when THEY deem it.

    DONT waste your money. Unless you want to pay them to be a testing engineer for them for FREE.

    @andrew please consider removing this review as the user is not reviewing the plugin distributed on .org, as you rightly pointed out.     2. 22 emails have highlighted my issues with you directly.
    3. Last 3 emails ignored, hardly “commitment to quality and customer support”
