BUG – Your Plugin adds Continue Reading when using custom excerpt

I love your plugin and use it on different sites. I’ve had an ongoing issue and I’ve finally tracked it down to your plugin.

If I use a custom excerpt then your plugin adds a linked “Continue Reading ” <span class=”meta-nav”>→</span> Above my <div class=”read-more”>Read more ?</div>

Your Continue Reading isn’t wrapped in a class so I can’t style it or I would just remove my read-more.
