Bug: wrong output of punctuation marks in #cforms_failure

    Looks like their conversion to HTML entities is broken, e.g. the output of a colon is %3A.

    Using WP 4.6.13 with cforms2 14.14 in a local install with PHP 5.4.45, so unfortunately I cannot provide a link.
