Wrong link in AMP page

Dear author,

The Easy Table of Contents didn’t work correctly on AMP page!
Take a look at:

Here is the normal page: The plugin works great!

But here is the AMP page, the Contents show,
but the link just points to the Homepage, not the Post link.

Please fix this bug.
