[bug] Wrong file edited: Needs file path in hash

I have had several problems with the editor editing the *wrong file* – because if you refresh the fullscreen editor it maintains the content of the file you were working on, but if you hit save, saves that content to a different plugin file – the alphabetical “first” plugin file.

At least, the specific file being worked on should be shown in the URL (after a ? or #?) but preferably also in the header.
