BUG! – Wrong fields in form

  • i have the german version. all options are NO or DONT ASK. although in the form i have the normal Email-field AND an additional (empty) field and beside it a checkbox I AGREE TERMS (in engl.).

    How to delete the empty field with the Checkbox?
