[bug] woocommerce doesnt change language

this problem reported in below topic many years ago but you didn’t solve it!

my problem is exactly same even subject languages are same: English and turkish

when change WordPress language to English to Turkish everything translated to turkish perfectly.However, when change WordPress language to English again, everything is not “perfect”!

in that scenario, WordPress language changes to English perfectly
also woocommerce settings page is translates to English
but front-end pages, for example cart pages,check-out etc that are shown to customers are still turkish.

there is no plugin conflict as the other turkish user said in that topic.
