• Hi, I’ve confirmed a bug – verified by WooCommerce staff – caused by WP Invoice (which is great, thank you for making it!) and I need some help getting the issue resolved.

When WP Invoice is activated, and a user try’s to select a Variable Subscription Product it prevents the User from being able to add it to the cart.

Click here for an example: https://www.theportlandcompany.com/product/pay-per-click-management/ and select an item from the dropdown.

It says “Sorry, this product is unavailable. Please choose a different combination.” But when WPI is disabled it works properly allowing the customer to add it to their cart.

    Hey!

I think I can help you but for this I need to see what’s really happens on your site. You can give me admin credentials and server ftp credentials so I could debug the issue. If you want and do not mind then send me credentials to [email protected]

Also, let me know all the information I need to know regarding your site.

    Thanks.

    Side note (but important):

@anton-korotkoff Please do not ask or suggest that users send you their login credentials that way. That is really frowned upon and there are many things you can suggest before you go in that direction.

Please work with your user but no one should grant anyone else that sort of access to their WordPress installation, especially FTP or file level access.

Well, mostly I suggest people some sort of things that may help. But if I don’t really see any ability to help that way then I ask for credentials. I don’t know how to ask if not via email.

In current specific case I can only suggest disabling the WP-Invoice.

    Thanks.

I get that and I do appreciate your trying to help one of your users. But there really is a lot you can ask for before getting to that point.

Hi, I’ve confirmed a bug – verified by WooCommerce staff – caused by WP Invoice (which is great, thank you for making it!) and I need some help getting the issue resolved.

@s3w47m88 Can you provide some more details about that bug? That may help get to the bottom of your problem. A link to a description or conversation of that bug can really help identify for the author what’s going on.

Thank you for your reply @anton. And thank you @jan for looking out for our website’s security. You’re both awesome!

I’ve explained the issue as best I can in my original message. I really appreciate @anton offering to sign into the website as that seems like the next step to get the issue resolved.

    Thank you both!

    Hey @s3w47m88
I’ve found what exactly conflicts but I still need FTP credentials to be able to debug and find a way to fix that.

    Thanks.

    Hey Anthony,

Sorry I didn’t get a notification about this. Just sent the creds over to you.
