Hi, It looks like there is a conflict between WooCommerce Intuit Payments Gateway plugin and WP External Links plugin.

Steps to reproduce the issue
1. Add an item to cart.
2. Proceed to Cart and then Checkout
3. Now enter a coupon code.

Result: The payment and shipping methods keep showing the loading icon forever. For some reasons WP External Links seems to be blocking all communication with the Intuit servers after adding the coupon code.

I have tested it by disabling all the plugin except WooCommerce, WooCommerce Intuit Payments Gateway and WP External Links plugins with Twenty Seventeen.

well, we removed the “External Links” plugin from all of our clients’ website as it was causing conflict with other plugins as well. Now all the sites are running smoothly. I cannot enable the plugin for you as the conflict was caused on the production site.

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.
