Bug with variations

  • Hi guys,

    We are testing the free version of your plugin and we’re having an issue with Variable products.

    We want to force the Default Quantity but it always changes back to “1” after the page has finished loading.

    If we enable “Load all variations” then it breaks our site (ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE), page keeps hanging for over a minute and returns nothing.

    We have also sent you an e-mail with a link to our website 2 weeks ago but haven’t received a reply yet.

    Please advise.

    Hello @thisisbbc, very sorry for the late response, what email have you sent to? We look after each email sent to support.

    It might be a theme function that overwrites the default value, if you can send a link where I can check the issue, that would be great.

    @vwondra if I’m not mistaken, you’ve contacted us on the pro version forum and we solved it, please let me know if you still need any help.
