I just installed the UPDATE 13.3.5 (2024-08-21) and was horrified to discover that all of my feeds had been completely deleted!
You have to start from scratch and create a completely new feed, does anyone have a solution?
    thanks

Hi @5039gp8dq72t720 there is a migration to custom post types that needs to happen in this release, it should do so automatically when you update.

If you updated by another means though please try deactivating and reactivating the plugin and this should kick it off.

Let me know how you go!

    Hello Josh,
    thanks for your message.
    Question 1:
The plugin was of course active when you updated it, I did the update and after that all the feeds I had created that had existed before – were deleted (!) – that’s the problem, how to solve it ?
    Question 2:
What options are there – for exporting each field mapping settings ?
    Thanks for your quick reply
    Regards Alex

Hi @5039gp8dq72t720 for question 1, the answer is to deactivate the plugin, then reactivate it again. This should fix the old feeds.

Re question 2, are you after an export? It might be possible to export the post and post meta after you fix number 1, but this would be something you need to do via a 3rd party plugin as we don’t have an export tool atm.

@5039gp8dq72t720 I’m on another time zone to you by the sounds of it so if I miss your msg another option to get the feeds back would be to downgrade the plugin to the previous version:

    hi Josh,

    UPDATE 13.3.5 (2024-08-21) – bad news !!!
    1) this update has completely crashed – my Google Shopping Feed XML file !!!
    2) the process of updating also gets stuck and doesn’t end, which normally takes me 4 seconds to complete
    3) if you then look at the individual data records, they are completely destroyed, everything is completely mixed up
    4) or do we have to look for another plugin now – very bad ?
    5) it doesn’t work like that, what is the concrete solution now ?

    thx.

    Hi @5039gp8dq72t720 ,

You can downgrade to the previous version for a quick fix. If you are on a staging site, please update there and use the latest version.

From there deactivate/active the plugin again if your feeds are missing and refresh the feed. If refreshing is stuck, duplicate the feed or create a new feed and see if that works.

If it still doesn’t refresh reduce your batch sizes: Batch size configuration product feed – AdTribes Try 50 for starters and increase/decrease depending on outcome

    Hello Jeff,
    thanks for your message.

you need to know the following:
my original XML file is still the same size, it is updated in about 4 seconds, it doesn’t take any longer (!)
    1) with the new update the update process of this same file gets stuck
    2) when viewed these data sets are totally defective, they look completely destroyed!

    so what is the error?

    Hi @5039gp8dq72t720

Could you please update your plugin to version 13.3.5.3 and see if that resolved the issue for you?

    hi there,

thx for your request – but its still the same problem:
my original XML file is still the same size, earlier it was updated in about 4 seconds, it doesn’t take any longer (!)
    >>> with the new update 13.3.5.3 the update process of this same file gets stuck !

what is your plan to solve this problem now ?
    thx.
