    Hello,

    I have several paid accounts for different clients and we are all very satisfied with the paid version of the Trustindex plugin

    But I have a problem here with a client who wants to stay on the free version for the moment

    He asked me for an update of his reviews. The last one was done a month ago, on 01/19/25. I updated the reviews today, as it is the free version the button then turned gray making an additional update impossible for 10 days … but his reviews have not been updated. There has been no change, and the recent reviews have not appeared, the most recent review displayed is still from the previous update a month ago

    I have already offered this client to switch to the paid version, but the bug in the free version did not inspire him confidence

    Could you please reset the plugin to its default settings using the “Re-create plugin” button under the “Advanced” tab? After that, please set up the plugin again.

    Indeed, with the reset I had to reconfigure the whole module but all new notices appeared.
