Bug with taxes

This issue was introduced after a tax calculation rework in the current version 1.9.0 but has been addressed for the next update, which should be released this week. In the meantime, there is also a pre-release version available on GitHub here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-paypal-payments/releases/tag/1.9.1-test1

PayPal Payments is the latest official PayPal integration, but nobody is forced to use it as there are alternative integrations with more limited functionality or support.
