I have 1 out of 3,000 users who is unable to edit their profile. They are not able to edit it when they are logged in and when I try to log in as admin and edit it, it logs me out. We have tried all different ways with no success. It has to do with her exact name. You can not use her name and make it work correctly. I am not a high level developer with the ability to debug this if that is what it is. Do you have any suggestions for how I can get this individual to be able to have a profile? It is very frustrating.

Theme/plugins are all up updated. Word Press 6.4.2. Extra Theme. Ultimate Member 2.8

You have two profiles for the same user.

Look in WP All Users if there are two profiles.

You can try to do a “Site Health” check with WP Tools -> Site Health -> Info

Try to do a Theme/Plugin conflict test if your Theme or another Plugin is causing a conflict with UM.

I am still searching for an answer to this issue. I do not see any issues when I do a site health check and do not believe there are any plugin conflicts causing it. It is very frustrating and the user who is not able to make a profile is also very frustrated.
