• Hi,

I’m using a plugin that change the Checkout flow. My checkout URL looks something like this: ?/checkout/#cfw-shipping-method

When I open the modal window to select the pick up point, after hitting the button to confirm somehow the plugin remove what’s in the url after the #…
    and it causes issues.

This only happens on mobile. I have asked the developper of the other plugin and here the answer:

This is mysterious – somehow the hash (ie, /checkout/#cfw-shipping-method) is getting removed on mobile only.

I can’t figure out where it’s coming from in their JS – nothing seems to directly modify the hash or address.

I think it might be worth asking the Boxtal plugin devs about this.

    Can you please check?

    Thank you

PS: I’m unable to share a testing URL, please check in your own environnement.

    Hello,

We’ve investigated this problem, but we don’t know how to solve it at this point.

What kind of issues does it cause ?

I recommend you contact us from your Boxtal account so we could investigate further, but I cannot guarantee a solution, especially since another plugin is involved and the problem is only on mobile.

    Best regards,

    Boxtal Team

    Hi,

This brakes the experience of the checkout flow as the user is redirected to the first step (shipping/billing address). I believe becauses it misses the #cfw-shipping-method in the URL.

I will contact you on boxtal.

    Thank you,
