Bug with links

Same problem, but wait, there’s more! I also cannot use BBCodes for links, but even worse, the existing link functionality is disabled so now the old link button doesn’t even bring up the HTML link.

This needs to be fixed right away.

This is fixed in the 1.5 version released today. Also, URL must not end with / if you don’t use quotes. This will work:

[url=”https://google.com/”%5DGoogle%5B/url%5D

and this will not work:

[url=https://google.com/]Google[/url]

This is limitation of the WordPress shortcodes system, and there is no way around it.
