bug with “&” in a category

hey guys!

thank you for this amazing plugin – I really love it! ??

I want to report a bug: when you have a category like “Fitness & Health” it doesn’t get displayed like this in the planner. it says “Fitness & Health” (see screenshot: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1tUJ8eif2o7zmfD13mBb8alxGC46_ZHan/view?usp=sharing) which is confusing for my users.
can you please fix this issue or help me to fix it? thank you!
