Bug with Gutenberg Reusable Blocks
-
Hi,
I like very much Multilang. It is a great plugin, and a perfect substitute for former qtranslate’s users. Congratulations for the excellent plugin!
In merely 3-4 hours I was able to configure a site with 3 languages, translating only the pages (not posts), the menu language switcher are great, and I was also able to set the language switcher at the footer using the shortcode: [wpm_lang_switcher show =”flag”]
Nevertheless, I believe I found a bug/improvement, related to “Gutenberg’s Reusable Blocks”:
i) I use Gutemberg’s reusable blocks editor to create a reusable block in several languages
ii) Then, I insert the reusable block on any page.
ii) Then instead of obtaining the translation of the reusable block in the browser in only the selected language, I get the block replicated in all the available languages.
In the example I did I got this in my browser (please note that the page is translated correctly, only the reusable block is not):
[:pt]
Isto é O MESMO bloco reusável de Gutemberg escrito em PORTUGUéS[:en]
This is THE SAME Gutemberg reusable block written in ENGLISH[:es]
Este es EL MISMO bloque de Gutemberg reutilizable escrito en ESPA?OL[:]
Am I doing something wrong? How to make Multilang work with Gutenberg’s reusable blocks?
Thanks in advance!
