• Hi, that’s really interesting and (for me) mindblowing.
Let’s start saying i’m not a pro, BUT, i do deal with elementor.
I have an ecom, and in the part of the listing of the product i wanted to make something more likely to see…
So i wanted to put an flip box with 2 Dinamic Images (the 1° that shows only the product, and the 2° that show the product settle in).
Obviusly when someone would have clicked the product, not only shows the 2° image but it also goes to the page product via dynamic link.
So in the actual “loop item” i’ve changed the widget “Images” to the “flip box”, i’ve setted the 2 dynamic images and everything….
But when i go to the site i see both images like all to the right or (my opinion) out the middle, and even real biggggg.
So i tried to do a lot of things, one though really makes me think there’s a bug: i tried to change and not put the dynamic images but the static images, and now it is “more or less” right.

From the backend, with the dynamic image should be ok

    ——————————————————————————————————————-

From the front end, i looks like this, even worse from mobile.

    ——————————————————————————————————————-

So i tried putting a non dynamic images, and from the backend look exacly as a i want

    ——————————————————————————————————————-

From the front end the images look as i want

So the problem is, dynamic images with the widget flipbox has some bugs

    Can someone Help me?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @elisirdargan,

Thanks for sharing your experience with Elementor and WooCommerce. It sounds like you’re creating a unique product listing layout using Elementor’s flip box widget and dynamic images.

However, I want to let you know that since you’re using Elementor to build your pages, this is outside our scope of support. Elementor is a third-party plugin that’s not developed or supported by us. You can directly contact Elementor’s support team to report this behavior and get assistance with their plugin.

If you have any issues related to WooCommerce core functionality, feel free to ask, and we will be happy to help.

I hope this helps point you in the right direction.

    Hi there @elisirdargan,

Thanks for reaching back to us. I understand that Elementor described the issue to be associated with the WooCommerce core plugin.

Just to clarify, as you’re using a third-party plugin to create a custom template for your products, we’re unable to offer any support as this is out of our support scope.

In that case, you can find alternative methods to fix this. I recommend the following:

I wish I could help more, but hopefully, this gets you going in the right direction to get the job done.

    All the best.
