Bug with editing product description

    Hi,

    After installing “Google Listings & Ads”, I loose the ability to edit text in the product description field.

    After activating the plugin, when editing a product, the reach text editor simply disappears, the text already in the “product description” turns to white and there is no option to edit the text properly.

    Deactivating the plugin solves the issue.
    This problem is only with editing products. Pages or posts are working fine.

    I understand that after installing the “Google Listings & Ads” plugin, you’re experiencing issues with editing product descriptions. However, when you deactivate the plugin, the issue is resolved.

    This issue could be due to a conflict between the “Google Listings & Ads” plugin and another plugin or theme you’re using on your site. Can you confirm what’s the results after performing a conflict test?

    1. Deactivate all other plugins except WooCommerce and Google Listings & Ads. If the issue is resolved, reactivate the plugins one by one to identify the conflicting plugin.
    2. Temporarily switch to a default theme like Twenty-Twenty or Storefront. If the issue is resolved, it means there’s a conflict with your current theme.

    If the issue persists even after following the above steps, please share a copy of your site’s System Status Report so that we can better understand your site’s current environment.

    • System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.
