Bug? when no posts

When a category do not have any content, it is not displayed and not selectable under “terms”.

If you then temporary tag a post with the wanted category, it shows up, you can choose it and save the list.

If you then remove the category, it works fine and the list shows the “message if empty”.

But if you after that need to change something in the list settings, again – the category do not display – and when you then save, the result is that the list shows ALL posts. I assume that it then re-sets the category settings to “non selected”.
