Bug when no articles with same tag

Hello,
I have found a bug when I enable “Hide if no posts to show”.As you can see the widget area looks weird if there are no articles to display and “Hide if no posts to show” is checked.

https://s1.directupload.net/images/131117/tvalc7t4.pngFor now I have to use it unchecked, but it would be great if you could fix this problem. Is this problem a known bug, or is this maybe just a problem caused by me?
