Bug when i change between categories only first time

    Hi,

    when I load the gallery, the first time I change to a category that neves has been watched, the height of the gallery gets “0” for a moment and then it loads the images and recovers its original height. The next times you click in this category, it shows ok.

    For example, in https://xemigalindo.com, there’s a gallery. If you try clicking at the “Televisión” category, you’ll see this weird effect.

    How can I fix this? Thanks.

    We have checked your gallery page on few different platforms and browsers and different devices. I can’t see such problems which you described in your ticket.
    Could you please try to clean cache of the browser and test page with gallery from some different browser.
    Also I can suggest you, for testing proposal, in the case if you have enabled Cache option in gallery. Try to disable gallery cache, temporary, reload page where you had such problem in gallery and check results.

    Hi, maybe I couldn’t explain the error correctly. The first time I click in a category (nested gallery), while it get the images, the gallery gets “height: 0”. So, all the content below go up while. It happens for all categories the first time. The rest of times, it works correctly.

    I think the gallery has to keep the previous height while it’s getting the images the first time. The effect now is so weird. I tried to solved with javascript but I couldn’t.

    I attached a link to a video to better understand the problem. Look how the section “Comentarios y opiniones” goes up when I click on “Televisión” or “Magia de cerca” the first time.

    Yes, sorry we was market it too fast.

    I see what you mean. We have tested your page with gallery and the reason of such behavior it’s general structure of the gallery layout in combination with wordpress theme code and styles.

    As solution we need to create min height option in gallery options. For now it’s not possible to set such value directly in gallery admin section. We’ll try to include this option in close gallery releases.

    As temporary solution for this case try to add min height for the general gallery block to the css. This value should be bigger then height of the thumbnails in your gallery.
