Bug when customizing canonical URL

    When trying to customize the canonical URL with the help of the hook aioseo_canonical_url there is a problem if you need to add custom query vars to the url. The & symbol is being encoded as & #038 ; into the output. I believe that it can’t be solved from the hooked function so it should be done into the plugin code, may be by using decode html entities before outputting the tag.
