Bug when creating questions withing a exam

Hi!

I’m having some trouble while editing exams.

When I create a question inside an exam, there is a bug that causes the answers to the question to be erased when choosing the right answer. I will attach some video evidence through videos I recorded. I also realized that, if I save the whole exam before choosing the answer the bug doesn’t happen.
