    Hello, I am having problems with the plugin, because when a store is closed I can still add items to the cart and I can pay, I need help, I was investigating and apparently there is a class that does not activate when denying access to the user when the store is not open

    Sorry for the inconveniences. Can you tell me if it is happening after the store hours when store is already closed as per timing or before the store hours when store is yet to be open.

    Also if you are not showing the service modal to user, it automatically calculates a available time from within your store timings that would also allow user to proceed.

    It would be great if you can send us a screencast or screenshot at [email protected]. that will help us to fix the issue.

    The problem is happening after the store closes, which happens that I can still add items to the cart even though the store is closed, and the other problem is that if there is an item that is out of stock, I can still add it, and it should not be like that.

    These are the configurations of my services for the stores, I see that all this happened after today’s update, also when although the store is closed, I can still add and buy; I also have problems adding items that are out of stock.

    I cannot see the error message if a product is out of stock, in the update of 2/10/2020 they mention that the problem has been solved but this update does not work for me.

    Yes. The notice did appear saying “Sorry, the store is closed”, when adding a FoodStore item to the order cart.

    However, the Woocommerce Cart register the FoodStore item, and it shows in the Woocommerce Cart page; where most of the Woocomerce site has the cart icon on the menu bar. Hence, user is able to check out. It’s a bit confusing for stores that actually sell Food and Merchandise (which doesn’t really need store closing hours).

    Hello,

    It’s perfectly fine as per our plans on the Food Store plugin. If it does not need a closing time, then you can set store open and close time from 12AM to 11:30PM. That will lower the chances of saying Store is closed.

    Now, regarding the Store close message, when ever someone visits the store after closing time, and there is no time available for service, it will show the message and restrict you to proceed to cart or checkout. If you want allow order for next day, you can try our Store & Service Hours extension.

    As a restaurant owner you need to decide whether to keep the Cart icon on menu bar or not. We only validate the shortcode page to check service time and validate, and it does not have control on outside elements. Even id someone goes from menu bar link and proceed to checkout, the checkout page have the validation to check for date and time, and at that place order can not be placed.
