BUG – Waiting (TTFB) of the page becomes ridiculously large

  • I use this plugin for years without problems.
    However, I believe his useful life is over.

    I have noticed a BUG.
    For each new save in some <script> or css change it makes the page gradually slower by increasing memory consumption and “Waiting (TTFB)” of the page becomes ridiculously large until the page is broken.
    It is necessary to make a security backup of the page to be edited and as “saves” are made the BUG reoccurs and the Waiting (TTFB) of the page becomes ridiculously large again.

    It really is a pity, for a great plugin.

    Please try to provide steps for me to reproduce this problem.

    While I haven’t updated the plugin in the past 2 years, if there’s a serious problem, I will attempt to fix it.

    Note that version 1.4 had a bug with newline storage, but that got fixed, and 1.4.2 doesn’t have increasing size problems.
