    Hi,
I’m sorry for my bad english.
I’m using “The Events Calendar” version 3.12.3 in a my own site.
I inserted only private events linked to user account, my target is an User Private Calendar.

I saw that there is a bug, if I use event search I can see all events without “Private” how I’d be an administrator.

    Hi,

Sorry for the issues you are having.

We do not have direct support for a private/public calendar system.

I tried to reproduce the error as well and could not.

Could you explain more of what you are trying to do?

    Thanks

    Hi,

You can create with two users any Private Events.
If you load the Events Page you’ll see only private own events + all public ones, but if you click on “Find Event” Button, you will see all private events like they’d be public, namely without Private Tag.

You can two standard users, not administrator.

Ok so the private tag is missing after searching? But if it is a visitor they still do not see private events, correct?

No, a visitor doesn’t see private events.

Then it sounds like WordPress’ native “post visibility” is working as it should, right?

It’s right. I set Private Visibility for event post.

    Hey @ryu75,

Seems to me there’s no issue on our end here, just a confusion with some native WordPress functionality, so I’m marking this as resolved.

If you need anything else just open a new topic and we will be happy to help you there.

    Best,
    Nico

    Ok.
I’ve seen that plugin “Autoptimize” can bring troubles with tooltip of your Events Calendar and on Mobile view.

    Ciao

regarding autoptimize configuration for events calendar; have a look at this post.

    hope this helps,

My problem with private posts it seems to link at datetimepicker, if I active autoptimize, datetimepicker is disabled and private events are loaded correct on calendar, but there are other problems, for now I disable autoptimize.

fyi: instead of disabling autoptimize entirely, you could leave it running with HTML & CSS optimization, but without JS optimization.

It’s true, but my problem of lost private property of events there is again, it linked to used javascripts for loading events list, if I disable js with autoptimize there is private property if I filter for date.

I use Wp all import for inserting events into calendar (from my ERP in automatic), but my problem of private events there is also if I
    create manual events.

    Hi,

I am a little confused at to what the actually issue is now.

However, since we already minify our js, minifing it again can cause issues.

You might be able to combine the scripts, but might to changing the order in Autooptimize.

There is not much we can do to support a 3rd party plugin.

    Thanks
