Bug: Upsell & Downsell – Not Collecting Tax

    When reviewing transactional data I came across the following bug. If there is an order with upsells or downsells and it contains tax, the parent order will submit tax to the Payment Gateway, but the upsells and downsells transactions will not send tax. However, in WooCommerce, tax is shown as being applied to those upsells and downsells. This is a serious issue with respect to tax collection and it also causes a refund issue, as the amount in WooCommerce does not reflect the amount in a Payment Gateway. This affects all Payment Gateways.
