Bug: Updating a post creates multiple notes

Hi!

I have the setting enabled, to create a note in piwik when publishing a post, which works well.

But: If I update the post right after publishing it, a second note is created. If I do so a third or forth time, it creates three or four note entries.

Updates should not create further notes.
