Bug unresolved since Gutenberg 3.8

    Since Gutenberg 3.8, the language selector in the upper left corner of the post and page edit admin sites has (again!!!) disappeared. No change for Gutenberg 3.9 or 4.0. It’s an annoyance and the developer seems highly unresponsive. The issue exists on GitHub for several weeks already.
